Your safety and enjoyment are my priority!

Privacy policy: Your details will not be shared with anyone anywhere without permission, unless required by law. Photos will not be shared without permission

Ts and Cs for classes: All classes can be booked in advance via Happity or you can pay on the door. If you need to cancel, payment can be rolled over to another class.

All equipment is clean and age appropriate, all venues are safety checked, all electronics are Pat Tested. Whilst all dangers are avoided the inquisitive nature of little ones, paired with the social nature of adults means that occasionally accidents can happen. I request that we all keep an eye out for eachother and look after our guests together so unnecessary dangers can be avoided. You are all required to clean up your own mess and to stay at home if you or child are feeling unwell. Please do not bring nuts to class. Please do not be rude to me or other guests. Please be respectful of the space we are using.

Please do not take photos of other people’s children and do not upload pictures to social media with other people’s children unless agreed by the guardian.

Ts and Cs for parties: Life happens and sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. Depending on the reason, cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge of the party price. All conditions can be discussed. I do not take deposits, just payment on the day. We will discuss all your requirements and expectations in advance of the party. It is to be understood that due to the nature of small children there will not be 100% engagement 100% of the time. For 1 and 2 year old parties especially, please understand that your children may not join in without you! If any of my equipment becomes damaged by you or your guests, you are expected to replace it.

I have a full DBS and public liability insurance.

Safeguarding and risk assessment: Wherever possible, all measures are taken to provide as safe a space as possible. All of my equipment is clean and age appropriate. I promise to:

*Adhere to and stay up-to-date with routine practices around health, hygiene and safety as per current Government and NHS guidelines.

*Work closely with venue staff to ensure best practice around health and safety.
*Limit customer bookings according to space available.

*Remind guests to help me maintain a clean and hygienic atmosphere.

*Update customers with any new government and venue requirements around the wearing of appropriate face coverings before, during and after class.

*Ensure guests do not bring nuts to classes

*Provide sanitised props and equipment only.
*Remind customers of the availability of hand sanitiser, tissues and bins. Any bodily fluids must be isolated, soiled items removed and mess immediately cleared up. Disposable gloves, face coverings and apron will be worn when dealing with bodily fluids.  Hands will be cleaned before and after.  The same rules apply to any first aid provided.

*Point out and be aware of trip hazards, plug sockets, things that may go in mouths, sharp corners, slippery spaces due to weather and spilled drinks. Should I have overlooked anything please point out anything you deem to be unsafe so I can amend it as necessary. Guardians instructed to be vigilant at all times.

I am proud to say that in over 20 years of working with under 5s i have never had any issues regarding safety or behaviour
